Frequently Asked Questions

What date should I RSVP by?

We are asking that all guests RSVP by July 15.

How do I RSVP?

Please visit the RSVP page to let us know if you are joining us.

What if I didn’t RSVP?

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will be automatically marked as a “no”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we get a final guest count for our vendors. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 06:00PM. We ask that guests not arrive prior to 0500 PM so that the wedding party can take photos before the ceremony.

What do I need to know about driving to the cabin?

The road up to the cabin is very narrow and winding. Please use caution when driving up and down the mountain. Parking at the cabin is limited, so if your party has multiple vehicles, please try to carpool up to the wedding.

Where is the ceremony taking place and is the after-party at the same venue?

Yes, both the ceremony and the after-party are taking place at the same venue. The address is 2317 Windy Lane, Sevierville, TN 37876

The cabin is located 17 minutes from the “strip” in Pigeon Forge.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors, the after-party will be indoors/outdoors.

Why do you call it an after-party and not a reception?

We’re throwing tradition out the window and doing our wedding our way—and you’ll feel it the moment you arrive. From a one-of-a-kind ceremony to a celebration that’s anything but typical, this is a night designed for fun, connection, and unforgettable moments.

There won’t be a first dance or formal speeches, but there will be amazing food, a killer sunset over the mountains, and a great view of the Dollywood fireworks lighting up the night sky. After the ceremony, grab a drink and choose your vibe: chill in the main room for great conversation, head downstairs to the game room for poker, foosball, or video games, or cozy up by the fire pit under the stars.

It’s a celebration of love, laughter, and letting loose—with cake, of course.

What should I wear?

Visit our What To Wear page for more information on what to wear. Remember, the ceremony is outdoors in the mountains. The ground may not be flat so heels are not recommended.

The dress code is laid back, but please no shorts or t-shirts.

Will there be food and drinks?

YES! We will be providing a salad bar, pulled pork, jambalaya, and various side dishes. The bar will consist of beer, wine, margaritas, water, and soft drinks. Feel free to bring your own alcohol if you would like something that is not listed above.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Yes, we are having a child friendly wedding.

Am I allowed to bring my pet?

No, pets are not allowed at the cabin.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home 75336 Sydney Drive, Covington LA 70435 or we will have a wedding card box at the cabin. Please visit our registry page for online gifts.

Am I allowed to take photos/ videos at your wedding?
Absolutely, We don’t want to miss a moment! While we do encourage you to take photos and videos, we ask that you do not disrupt the ceremony or the guests sitting around you in the process. We will have QR codes spread around the cabin for you to upload and share the photos you take.
